Before you register

Because this is a small and personal gathering, we ask that you register only when you know your schedule is clear and you're sure you can join us.

There are a limited number of places available, and once you reserve one, that place is no longer available to another woman who may hope to attend. We also make significant commitments to Southall well in advance—including your room, meals, and the many details our team prepares to care for you throughout our time together.

If your plans change

We understand the unexpected can and does happen. If something changes, and you're no longer able to attend, please write to Amy as soon as possible at apollard@messengerinternational.org.

If we are able to fill your place with another guest, we will refund your registration. You may also request to transfer your registration to another woman, subject to our approval.

Because the costs associated with your stay are committed well in advance, if we are unable to fill your place, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund.

Within 30 days of the gathering, registrations become non-refundable because we are no longer able to reasonably fill an open place. If something serious or unexpected has happened in your life, please still reach out to us. We will do our best to consider your circumstances with care and do what we can.

If we have to cancel

If we need to cancel the gathering, or if Lisa is unable to attend because of illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, your registration will be refunded in full. We are not able to reimburse airfare, additional lodging, transportation, or other expenses you may have arranged to attend the gathering, though.
